📰BIRTHDAY PARTY GRAB- REAL LIFE SUPERHEROES

Friends dressed as Batman, Poison Ivy and Mister Fantastic were at a birthday party in Norwich, England, last month when “Batman” saw someone grab a woman’s handbag. They chased the suspect, who ditched the bag on top of a high wall around Norwich Cathedral. Naturally, they tried to knock it down with a roll of TP. No such luck, so Batman (as Batman would) climbed the wall and returned the bag with nothing missing. “I hope I can inspire people to be a little bit more like Batman,” he said.

📰RHODE ISLAND GIANT- WALLACE AND THE GIANT PUMPKIN

Ron Wallace of Coventry, Rhode Island, grew a 3,156-pound pumpkin and weighed it in on October 10th, making it the first pumpkin known to pass 3,000 pounds. If Guinness approves it, this would break the previous record of 2,856.8 pounds set in England a week earlier, on October 3rd.

📰SLY INTRUDER- ROSIE V. NEIGHBORHOOD CAT

In London, a home security camera caught a neighborhood cat sneaking into a house and helping itself to Rosie the cockapoo’s dinner. As the cat was enjoying the grub, Rosie spotted it from the stairs and chased it right out of the house.
